Paula is researcher at the Institute for Science and Technology Studies (IESCT), National University of Quilmes (Argentina), where she works in the analyses of Technologies for Social Inclusion (TSI) in Latin America, specifically about water supplied and food production. In her research activity, Paula uses a multidimensional and transdisciplinary approach which triangulates theoretical tools from different disciplines (Sociology of Technology, Policy Analysis, Economics of Innovation and Technological Change). Paula coordinates the Network for TSI of Argentina and Latin America (RedTISA). The focus of the network is the diffusion and debate of the research findings as an asset to promote the formulation and implementation of public policies on science and technology oriented to the generation of social inclusion dynamics. Also, she provides consulting and training to key developers, researchers and policymakers in best practices leading to the successful deployment of TSI: Ministry of Science and Technology, National Institute of Agriculture Technology, National Institute of Industrial Technology, SEDCERO Program, etc.
