Slow Food USA is the national association of the global Slow Food network in the United States of America. Slow Food USA has 127 active local chapters and around 6.000 members. Through a vast volunteer network of local chapters, youth and food communities, Slow Food aims to link the pleasures of the table with a commitment to protect the community, culture, knowledge and environment that make this pleasure possible.
